Ahamefula Brendan Rochas

Ahamefula Brendan Rochas is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Brendan Nicholas Holdings Limited. He conceived BNH’s permanent capital architecture, designed its institutional governance framework, and authored the strategic document that governs the holding company’s trajectory.

As MD and CEO, Mr. Rochas holds executive authority over BNH’s capital allocation, subsidiary governance, and sovereign relationships. He is building an institution designed to endure beyond any single individual, including himself, governed by a framework he built in from the founding that is intended to hold regardless of who leads it.
